Tom Wraback has over 25 years of senior financial management experience with a propensity for enabling start-ups, high-growth organizations and Fortune 500 companies to reach their financial objectives. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Financial and operations consultant with a focus on Cash Flow Forecasting and Management, Financial Statement preparation, Income Tax planning and preparation, merger and acquisition integration, strategic planning and human capital management. He has taken start-ups to the next level as well as working with them for tax saving advantages. He helps prepare young organizations for outside investment and financial recapitalization, assistance with the transition to new shareholder ownership, and provide due diligence and CFO outsourcing services to prospective private equity/venture capital investors and their target entities. In the Business Development area he provides financial advisory services to Commercial Small Business and Emerging, High Growth organizations with a specific focus on establishing new service offerings concentrating on Financial Infrastructure, CFO/Controller Outsourcing, and Acquisition Due Diligence.

Tom attended St. Peter’s Prepartory High School and St. Peter’s College and has a B.S. in accounting and is a avid golfer when he is not helping others grow their business.
