Zofran

Zofran, a drug manufactured by Galaxo Smith Kline, was used originally to treat nausea and vomiting in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, but was later given to pregnant women experiencing morning sickness.  Unfortunately, the avoidance of morning sickness came at a huge price.
